  • Uncomfortable or worn out plastic inserts
  • Odor problems, hot sweaty feet
  • Sore feet from fallen arches and fatigue
  • Heel pain, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis
  • Callus and pain in ball of feet (Metatarsalgia), Bunions
  • Cold clammy feet
  • An affordable alternative to custom made orthotics

Wool has been used in the orthopedic industry long before the introduction of cheaper plastics. It has unparalleled properties in terms of compression and accommodation through fiber migration (self molding), and provides a naturally antimicrobial
environment for your feet.

No glue is used in our manufacturing process. We use only natural tree rubber (latex), wool and linen. Every pair of Ortho Natural insoles displaces harmful glues and plastics. By helping relieve foot pain, we also make a significant environmental impact.

Ortho Natural

Wool Insoles

We provide accommodative solutions to common foot problems. Years of research and loyal customer support has led to the development of our orthotic insoles. Today and into the future, we are proud to offer you a revolutionary, healthy alternative to plastic insoles.

Our Natural Tree Rubber

Our proprietary production methods took years to perfect. Each pair of insoles is molded with micro layers of natural tree rubber (latex) to bring you a high performance, accommodative and completely natural foot orthotic insole.

Our Wool

Our all natural Canadian felt is low processed, hard fibre, high density rolled felt.

Our Merino felt is a softer more refined option bringing you super soft texture and bright colors. They are certified to have no harmful substance (OEKO-TEX certified) and deliver the most barefoot friendly option.

We are unique in the world! We are the original inventors, designers and manufacturers of Ortho Natural insoles. There is no other factory in the world that knows how to craft our insoles.

Shipping

Shipping small parcels from Canada is prohibitively expensive. We have flat rate shipping of $20.00 on all North American orders under $150. Orders over $150 receive free. shipping.

Production

High quality small batch production is the key to our ability to compete with big brand insoles made overseas. This is also the reason we are able to compete with plastic insoles made overseas despite our exponentially higher cost and quality of raw materials. Small batch production means that reasonable delays may occur depending on order volumes.

Care for Your Insoles

Hand washing with hair shampoo is the best way to wash them.  Why shampoo? Shampoo is a better choice  because it is designed for hair, and wool is  hair!  To avoid shrinkage, wash in lukewarm water and allow to air dry.
