Hand washing with hair shampoo is the best way to wash them. Why shampoo? Shampoo is a better shoice because it is designed for hair, and wool is hair！To avoid shrinkage, wash in lukewarm water and allow to air dry.

Shipping small parcels from Canada is prohibitively expensive. We have flat rate shipping of $20.00 on all North American orders under $150. Orders over $150 receive free. shipping.

This is also the reason we are able to compete with plastic insoles made overseas despite our exponentially higher cost and quality of raw materials. Small batch production means that reasonable delays may occur depending on order volumes.
